TROPICTANK RESIDENCE

Tropictank Residence was inspired by our client's love for Aquascaping - the craft of arranging aquatic plants, rocks, stones, and driftwood to create an aesthetically pleasing form within the aquarium. Located in Jakarta, the design takes note of the geographical conditions - creating a suitable introverted barrier with tropical elements as well.

Upon stepping into it's entryway, the house welcomes it's resident into a garden inspired by the client's angelfish pond. A contrast between its barricaded front facade with a translucent backyard with ample natural light.
